The Centaur Total Return Fund originally opened on March 16, 2005, under the name “Tilson Dividend Fund.” It was renamed the Centaur Total Return Fund in October 2013.

The Centaur Total Return Fund has an investment minimum of $1,500 ($1,000 under an automatic investment plan), and the minimum additional investment is $100 ($50 under automatic investment plan).
Per the current prospectus, the Fund's gross expenses ratio is 2.70%, and the net expense ratio after contractual fee waivers is 2.10%.
As explained in the prospectus, the Advisor receives an advisory fee equal to an annualized rate of 1.50% of the average daily net assets of the Fund. Pursuant to an expense limitation agreement, the Advisor has agreed to reduce the amount of the investment advisory fees it receives and to assume other expenses of the Fund, if necessary, in an amount that limits the Fund’s “Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses” to not more than 1.95% of the average daily net assets of the Fund for any fiscal year (exclusive of interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, other expenditures which are capitalized in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, other extraordinary expenses not incurred in the ordinary course of the Fund’s business, dividend expenses on securities sold short, “acquired fund fees and expenses, and amounts, if any, payable pursuant to a plan adopted in accordance with Rule 12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940).
The expense limitation agreement runs through the period ending February 28, 2020. It is expected that the expense limitation agreement will be extended from year to year after the current term, but there is no guarantee.
